I have asked for helped and have been neglected and even got hung up on because they refuse to be of any assistance. SALES PEOPLE BEING SALES PEOPLE. When they sale they promise the impossible but now that I really need them they are rude, helpless, and careless. They do not answer my calls and expect me to do their job.
